2015 – Truss Competition

I led a team to design and build a truss for a truss competition for our statics and mechanics of materials laboratory. I was responsible for the design and analysis of the truss. The competition involved building a truss with the maximum specific strength (strength / weight) and specific stiffness (stiffness / weight) possible.
